interesting choices hotel location chipped paintwork frayed carpets
I enjoyed the excellent evening menu. The hotel location offered great convenience. Staff were always great. I especially liked Amy, Bryony, Beannie, and Jordan.
The room cleaning seemed subpar. The hotel condition felt tired. I noticed chipped paintwork. I also saw frayed carpets in some areas.

lovely wedding stay
excellent food friendly team effortless experience
Our wedding was held here and it was nice. the food was excellent. Guests continue to praise it and the staff were friendly. the team was attentive, everything felt effortless (i cannot thank ruth and the team enough).
the bathroom could use an upgrade, but this did not significantly affect our stay.

dinner was served in beresfords restaurant and it impressed me. the quality of the food was high and everything tasted very nice. compliments go to the kitchen team for their efforts.

the room was comfortable and clean with little extras. outdoor spaces provided guests with different areas to relax. the setting for a wedding was lovely.

helpful reception friendly staff porridge breakfast tasty salad
Simone at reception was very helpful. The staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast offered a great selection, and i highly recommend the porridge with real honeycomb. The fresh fruit salad was also tasty. I liked that the location was quiet.

Our room featured soft sheets and comfortable beds. It was generally clean. The space was adequate for a relaxing stay.

The hotel provided an indoor pool. There also was a heated jacuzzi. Guests can engage in outdoor activities, such as zip-lining.
